L’Amo Bistrò del Mare, a fine dining restaurant in Dubai will be offering outside dining experiences with stunning vistas over the sea and sunsets. The new restaurant was born from a partnership between Mine & Yours Group and the Sunset Hospitality Group.

Inside, patrons will be greeted by neutral tones of beige and wood, with terrazzo style tiles, a characteristic of many traditional Southern Italian restaurants. The restaurant boasts expansive floor-to-ceiling windows and marvellous 360-degree views of the Cruise terminal, Dubai Marina, Bluewaters Island and Ain Dubai. To ensure the perfect environment, the space allows in a lot of natural light, letting the skyline views take centre stage.

Seafood lovers will want to tour the restaurant’s fresh fish display to view the daily catch; here, guests can choose from the fresh produce, which the kitchen will cook to order. The seafood journey boasts a variety of daily imports from the Mediterranean, including Sicily and the Adriatic Sea. The restaurant will also serve a one-of-a-kind selection of Calvisius caviar imported straight from Brescia, Italy.

At the helm of L’Amo Bistro del Mare’s culinary offerings is Executive Chef Lorenzo Buccarini, who brings a wealth of experience within the international and regional F&B scene. One of his signature dishes is the Spaghettone Cacio & Pepe E Ricci Di Mare.

The dish is a traditional spaghetti Mancini served with pecorino cheese, delicate sea urchin, and a dash of black pepper, and the Risotto, Zafferano, Scampi E Caviale, a fragrant saffron risotto served with perfectly cooked langoustine and Oscietra caviar. Some great dishes for meat enthusiasts, including the Wagyu Alla Griglia, a grilled wagyu ribeye cooked to one’s preference.

In addition to a tantalising menu that takes one back to Italy’s coast, guests can enjoy an impressive collection of 300 wine labels imported exclusively from Italy.

L’Amo Bistro del Mare also has an outdoor terrace, a spectacular sundowner spot, serviced by a separate bar with low-lying lounge tables and a handful of restaurant tables facing Ain Dubai.

Every visit to a great restaurant should involve a delicious dessert, and L’Amo Bistro del Mare doesn’t disappoint in this respect. Some of the moreish offerings on the dessert menu include the classic Profiterole, a delicate chou pastry filled with indulgent in-house hazelnut cream and topped with roasted hazelnuts and the ‘Baba’, a deliciously decadent cake soaked in a traditional citrus syrup, served with freshly made pastry cream.
